I have had the following update from Bitnami support “Can you contact the theme developers again and ask them for any options to update those URLs? As I mentioned, the /bitnami/wordpress/wp-content part shouldn’t be present. Maybe they are getting the absolute real path of the installation not taking into account it is a symbolic link?”
Thanks

In reply to: [Virtue] Unable to customiseHi Hannah,
Yes I have, and have not been helpful.
It think I am going to create a new site using a non-Bitnami version of WordPress.
Thanks for your help.

In reply to: [Virtue] Unable to customiseHi Hannah(@hannahritner),
I have just created a test site using the WordPress app form the Azure Market place and I can customise the theme. It appears to be an issue with the Bitnami package from the Bitnami library.
Thanks

In reply to: [Virtue] Unable to customiseHannah,
Yes I have the Virtue/Ascend/Pinacle Toolkit installed. If I choose Theme options from the appearance tab it displays a list of Main settings, top bar settings etc. If I choose customise under appearance it list the items main settings, top bar settings etc, but then the options for each of the areas are not clickable.
I have got this theme working on another website which was created prior to WordPress 5.8.
Thanks

I have checked the file permissions on the wp-config file in the bitnami/wordpress folder and it is set to 644.
