I already did that and deactivated all plugins but last time I couldn’t find any culprit. Don’t know what I did different but this time I found that the plugin democracy makes the NextGEN Scroll Gallery useless. This plugin has not been updated for a long time. Therefore it’s not worth to mention it as incompatible with NextGEN Scroll Gallery. I will migrate to WP-Poll.
