Discovered that the original developer of the site left it with limited permissions in place. Will have to change those through the cPanel. So hopefully Form Maker will be accessible. Never thought the problem would be permissions.

Yes, I read how to disable the mojo page on your site. My question is after doing that, does my SeedProd Coming Soon page automatically show (once I’ve set it to Enable)? Are the other pages automatically hidden or do I have to set those to Private? Is there anything else I need to do to get this to work?
