Here is a link to the site, the home business location is Michigan, if you add a product (book) to the order and check your cart you’ll see when you checkout and click select a state for shipping or tax calculator then it shows nothing added for Michigan.

I’m using “customizr” for the theme – which has a slider functionality built in…maybe that’s causing the issue? Any way I can remove it?
