I haven’t had chance to install any plug ins as far as I am aware and I haven’t knowingly changed the .htaccess file as this is quite technical and I am new to this.
Do you know if I disable the wordpress folders and reinstall them this may work or would you still be registered with the same password and username?

Yes it says ERROR: Incorrect Username or Password.
But then when I try to get an email sent to my email address to reset it I never receive anything through. It did this a couple of months back and I couldn’t log in then I went onto my computer the other day and it worked for a short while but now it has logged me out again 🙁
