Thank you, I figured it out.
I have installed the plugin and uploaded the videos. The pop-up opens up and the video just loads forever. The videos are roughly 500KB. Here is the url: http://footjax.com/foot-ankle-videos/?preview=true&preview_id=656&preview_nonce=93fda5373f
Any idea why?
