I had checked that site earlier but didn’t see any link.
But I have finally found a download link, it was on the bottom of the purchase confirmation in the account section. Well hidden! Maybe worth considering to link it to a more prominent position.Anyway, thanks for your help, it’s much appreciated!

I just wanted to check in to see if anybody is reading it? Also, I forgot to mention that after reinstall, but even before registering the dev url, tabs could be saved. All other pro features like category access etc are of course not accessible since the settings tab is not accessible.

thanks for the reply. I think I know where the settings tabs should be. As described earlier, the problem is, it’s just not there. The WP admin sidepanel shows only three list items, “Custom Product Tabs”, “Support” and “Go Pro”. The “Support” page has a button saying “Submit a Support Request” which takes me to the form on this public support forum.In the plugin list on the main plugin screen there is no settings page either.
I tried to re-install through the plugin window and by downloading and adding by upload, but the settings page is not to be seen.
Any idea how I can access the settings page?

thanks for getting back. I think the main problem is that I don’t see the settings tab. If I understand correctly, registration of license, pro support and pro features are available under the settings. How can I access it?
