I can guess the reasons for the error, but your webhost knows the exact reason as they have the access to the server error logs.
Let me know their response.

In reply to: [UDSSL Time Tracker] time tracker front page not createdYes, the default permalink structure will not work. You need to change it to a custom one like ‘Post name’. Glad you fixed it yourself.
Yes, preset items ain’t automatically added to the time tracker. I am planning to add this feature in future.
Were you able to add time slots without a problem? Or is it the other items (category, project, task) that disappeared when you left the page?

I visited your url and found that the server responds with ‘500 Internal Server Error’s for ajax data loading queries to the JSON API.
Can you visit ‘Settings’ > ‘Permalinks’ to automatically flush the rewrite rules?

I’ve updated the plugin to include ‘Delete’ buttons in each of
the existing preset rows in ‘current presets’ table in admin.more info: http://udssl.com/udssl-time-tracker/time-slot-presets/
For the old version, enter the ‘Name’ of the preset in edit preset page and click ‘Delete’.
