for german blogs you can use sociable-zyblog-edition. It provides a few other links (maybe wikio german) but it´s the same useability:

and drag and drop is working! 🙂

Can be closed.
There is a plugin named “sociable-zyblog-edition” which provides links to german social websites:

Drag and Drop doesn’t work here also with 3.1.1.
