My Adsense account does have the word “Ready” under approval status and I confirmed this by email to the Google team who stated the account is 100% ready.

I contacted them again to verify the change and it now appears (so far at least!) to be working smoothly.
It is exactly the same as before.
Hi again,
I got them to change the limit to 256MB but the problem is still happening, I disabled and re-activated it after the change and the error message still keeps happening.
