Nope, the problem doesn’t seem to be related to any plugins or themes.
Yep, the variations are listed correctly on the front-end despite being all jumbled up on back-end. It’s more of a workflow thing and quite annoying when you have a lot of products to go through.
We generally don’t do any updates as they come on our site but rather let our webmaster sort it out all at the same time every now and then so we don’t break anything, so this variation order thing might have been changed a few updates back.
We did have another issue related to creating variations, which was related to the plugin “Facebook for WooCommerce”, where when it was enabled you were unable to do bulk actions correctly for variations. We have since disabled it though. I haven’t been able to pinpoint if this newest issue is related to any sort of plugin, or just WooCommerce itself.
