Just in regards to the customer name…. This information was filled in but not captured. I’ve had the plugin installed up to a week now (site is live, but not promoted at the moment). I have tested different name inputs, different browsers. I may be logged in as admin account. I may view and test on incognito tab etc.
It just seems to be random.About the customer name in the email:
The shortcode{{customer.firstname}}pulls the name from the data captured on checkout. If the user filled in their name and you can see it listed in the Abandoned Orders list, it should reflect in the email as well. If no name was captured, the system will fall back to a default like “Hello there” in the email.Thank you.
I changed another setting within that group of settings and it seemed to fix it too.

It appears the Jetpack plugin was causing the double posting.
