No there is no any option to make backup first.

Hi,
Yes this plugin have a lot of different features. under settings button you can see watermark settings button. and you can see all options there.

and after deactivating this plugins your photo still have a watermark on it.

Hi,
Make sure you are enable check box option after installing watermark plugin.

1. Login to your account
2. Go to dashboard
3. Open watermark setting ( Links is under settings )
4. See first option call ( Enable watermark for upload images ).
