sorry for the tag. I’d like to know if it’s normal for some topics to be marked “Resolved” when, in reality, the problem hasn’t been resolved.

In my case, I did receive support via email, but no definitive solution was found. I also believe it’s not helpful to the community if discussions here are then handled elsewhere.

I’d already reported in this thread that the status had been set to “Resolved” by mistake, but now it’s happened again. Does this mean it’s happened again?

I’m not changing the status of the thread; I just wanted to point out that, to date, the problem hasn’t been resolved.

I found the option and added a rule to the Privacy Policy page. However, the page still displays the banner. What am I doing wrong?

You marked the thread as “Resolved.” But the problem still exists, and you no longer responded to the email.
