Thanks Mirko. We were indeed figuring out conflicts and finally we found out it had to do with an update of the Broadcast-plugin (taxonomy changes). Maker of the plugin rapidly corrected this, all is working OK again.
Had the same issues, needed to go back to 4.3.3 to have sites working again. Good for now, but how about updating WooCommerce?
