Thank you for your response. I haven’t configured any open graph meta tags using the plugin. I am using WordPress’s conditional branching function and setting it within the template. However, it is difficult to explain everything that is happening in English, so I will do some more research on my own.
Thank you for your kindness.
I was able to solve it.
- Compared databases in staging and production environments. Nelio Content’s ID was the same. I think it’s because I used Kinsta’s Push to Live.
- I ran a social collaboration in a staging environment and tried to isolate Nelio Content ID. However, the following message is displayed and social integration is not working.
facebook page
It looks like you either don’t have a page listed on your Facebook profile, or you’ve revoked Facebook’s permission to access Nelio’s content.- So we went directly to https://login.buffer.com/ and linked our social networks under “Channels”.
・After establishing a connection with a social account with buffer, I performed the operation to connect Nelio Content and buffer on the WordPress plugin side.
I was able to resolve the issue above.
Thank you for your support.
Thank you for your prompt response.
Here’s the story of what’s happening.
I’m using a translation app. Sorry if there are any strange sentences.- I created a social integration for Nelio Content in a staging environment
- When the site was released, it was released using Push to Live using a server called Kinsta, so the database in the public environment contained the same settings.
- Since staging no longer uses Nelio Content, when I deleted the social linkage, the social linkage in the publishing environment was also removed. Therefore, I tried to re-link in a public environment, but an error occurred at the end of the process.
