I don’t know how to put raw text “Continue reading” OUTSIDE of the hyperlink.
Since I can’t do color here, imagine CAPS as hyperlinked and non-caps as regular text.
The default fo K2/WP is:

I want:

Where the …’s are also not hyperlinked.
Just:
TITLE OF POST
is hyperlinked.
