@ethanchoi i ran into the same issue of not getting messages to arrive in my designated email box. Before I started throwing a major fit, I found your note about unchecking the ‘optimize email sending,’ and UNchecked it. Boom! My contact request tests worked as I expected. Thanks so much! –JB
