Thank you for the feature request, we’ll look into it further as we make updates. However, the Unsplash plugin works in specific contexts for the moment and is not likely to be 100% compatible with Elementor. For now you could add images directly from the media selector within the editor and then they would be available in the media library for any plugin that uses the media modal to add images to content.
