We’ve published a detailed guide on our blog to help with this process. You can check it out here: How to Migrate from Media Cloud to Upcasted S3 Offload in WordPress.
Please note that this solution works only if all your media files are already stored on S3. The current implementation does not filter files that are not on S3. If only some of your files have been migrated to the S3 bucket, you’ll need to adjust the code to ensure it marks only the relevant files correctly.
We hope this guide is helpful! If you have further questions or need additional assistance, feel free to reach out to us via our contact form.
I’m going to mark it as resolved since you haven’t answered for more than a week. If you have further questions you can always open a new topic or reopen this one.
Thank you for choosing us!

Hi @mutatron,
Thank you fo reaching us. Please enable debug mode and debug log on your server and then try to upload an image. Inside wp-content you should find un to three log files:
debug.log
upcasted_move_unsynced_files_to_remote_cron.log
upcasted_move_files_to_local_cron.logPlease check that log files for errors triggered during your file upload.
P.S. Also please make sure you don’t have any similar plugins activated since they don’t work well together.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Cache Master] Search issueMaybe try to exclude the search from caching and empty all cache after. See excludes tab in plugin settings.
Excluded $_GET Variables:
sAdd s in the Excluded $_GET Variables field to exclude searches. Change s with your search parameter if it was changed.
Also you could use Excluded URL Path List if you have modified your search URL.
Hi @asiriusmg ,
We just changed the screenshots so the free and pro features differentiate better. Please check them out.Thank you!
Hi @balram07 ,
Please try and go to IAM in your AWS Console, right after you login. Then go to Users, add a new user and assign AmazonS3FullAccess permission to it.
Or you could add AmazonS3FullAccess permission to your already created account.
Copy the user’s API key and secret and try again. This should fix your problem. Please let me know of your progress.
Have a nice day!
Hi @kmm290859,
Thank you for the review and interest in our plugin.
AWS S3 for WordPress is fully compatible with Elementor and Elementor PRO. You can use images from Amazon S3 bucket only if they are uploaded through media library after installing and setting up the plugin.Have a nice day!
@sterndata for sure not. Every person is entitled to a personal public opinion about a product.
Actually we wanted to offer a free plugin setup so we can demonstrate to @ringdal that the plugin works perfectly and is safe to use now.
Also we want to get in touch with our users because we collect from them very valuable feedback that helps us develop a batter plugin.

@ringdal we just fixed the bug.
Some of the images could not be displayed while the plugin was activated. This was happening because of a small error in code.
The plugin could never break a website. This is because the free version does not interfere with the files that were already in Media Library.
Now they should show up fine.
We would like to kindly ask you to change the review, now that the problem is solved.
Also please contact us on our website. A cool surprise awaits you!
Thank you!
