    Hello Takayuki,
    Thanks for your assistance, we isolated the issue down to the invisible recaptcha plugin. After disabling that specific plugin we got the forms working again.

    We also have a customized salient child theme we are working with.
    If you have any possible compatibility issues I could start with I can work through the list de-activating each, one by one.

    I just didn’t want to mass disable everything and blow up a live site.
