Yes, i installed the official plugin from official Zendesk also.
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/zendesk/ and i did enable SSO feature.
There is a problem that End-User can not submits a ticket by the form generated by this shortcode ‘[zendesk_request_form]’ after the user submits it was redirected to another page on site and have no new ticket in Zendesk.
But i can submit a ticket if i am logged in with admin account on my WordPress site.
