I have a donation form on my website and It’s working all great. Few days ago, I recieved an email from a user that their AMEX card wasn’t accepted on Donation form and it was the same course they paid with for other purchase on my website which is using woocommerce.
I tested it myself and faced he same issue. The step I took didn’t involve anything out of the normal operation of installing plugin and creating a form and connecting my stripe. And I didn’t test out all cards at that time and later on this issue popped up.
Can you help in any way? We are trying to get our website on right track and it is one of few things on agenda to get fixed urgent.
