Fields are not showing in User Profile Page:
1. Go to wp-admin > Ultimate Member > Forms
2. Edit the profile form
3. Make sure image upload filed is added. If not, then click on + icon to add field.Stop Automatic User Approval
1. Go to Ultimate Member->User Roles->Your default user role in registration ->Edit->Registration options
2. inside your dashboard and see if you have “Require admin review” selected.
3. Selecting this should fulfill your requirement.Thanks

You can setup redirect after login in Ultimate member -> Settings -> your user role e.g Member and Login options “Action to be taken after login – Redirect to URL”.
