In order to change the position, please refer to Step 5, on this tutorial.
In this case, you need to enable exact positioning and set a custom pixel value to match your desired position.
If you’re still having issues to reposition the icon, please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to further assist with this matter.
Thanks,Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Accessibility by UserWay] move iconHi Luke,
Are you referring specifically to the position of the widget on mobile device? I don’t see the widget’s icon doesn’t hide the site’s logo.
If so, could you please send us a screenshot in which the position that you want the widget to be on mobile layout is circled to [email protected] so that we can check and modify its position as you want to?
Thanks,

In reply to: [Accessibility by UserWay] Problem plugin activationHi there!
Thanks for contacting UserWay. 😀
There is another way to install our widget to the site without installing the plugin, which is adding the code directly to the site.
You can get the widget’s code linked with your own account at https://userway.org/code
You can add the script directly to the theme file or via an injector such as “Insert Headers And Footers” plugin.
Let us know if you need any further assistance or information

In reply to: [Accessibility by UserWay] Your plugin slows down the site a bitAccording to our personal tests it shows that the performance impact is not caused by the widget, on the other hand, I can see an increase in the Overall Score instead.
Can you please let us know how are you determining that our widget is causing a performance issue, while you have other 5 plugins contributing to cause an impact in performance?
