I’d like to upload a video in the header. Is it possible to upload it from media sources, or do I need to link to an external site? Is it possible to display the site menu above the header?

It allows me to choose between the header and footer, not both. Then, how do I edit the footer and header to customize them, such as adding a header menu and a background image, or splitting the footer into three columns?
By going to “Appearance” and “Customize,” I don’t see any way to make these changes. Thanks.Forum: Plugins
