What is the cPanel?
The problem is related to duplication of sections. Sections can be duplicated and changed, but they are gone after saving.
Dear jasmine my answer from this morning was unfortunetly the wrong one . We do have the same problem again.

Versions:
Survey maker : 7.1.4
PHP: 8.0
Wordpress: 6.2
Sections: 33 needs to go up to 45
Questions: 84 needs to go up to 150
Yes when duplicating a section and then push save the save seems tob e ok, but if you look to the new section it is gone.
