Yes, I am using default WooCommerce checkout shortcode. Haven’t modified checkout page. Here is screenshot link: https://flic.kr/p/2rdKNqC. As you can see, there is no button to upload the image.

I found out that there is “invisible” button in lower half of screen; if you bring mouse in that area you can click and that brings up file upload dialog. See this link: https://flic.kr/p/2rdLqWe
