Nevermind. I totally forgot there was a table for order meta.
@fitims Woocommerce Admin version 3.2.1 was the version I have that was causing the issue.
@fevered deactivating Woocommmerce Admin did indeed provide a temporary fix.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Unreliable for paymentsMy issue when I updated to the latest plugin was that it kept asking for an alternate method of payment. I read some where on the forums that there’s an address line 2 mismatch or whatever. For the time being I downgraded the plugin to 2.07 and it’s thankfully working for my clients again.
