When i set (!) is black: the popup not whow with the condistion.
When i set (!) is red: the popup whow anywhere.

The popup scroll issue resolved in the latest version.
But “Conditions limit where and who will see popups” does not work correctly, I think, should create a new thread for people to easily search their own problems.

In my case, information on the popup is extremely important for the post (at this time the post content only important for some people). So a popup always at the center is necessary to save time for users (if they still want to read post needs to close the popup).

I would be very grateful if you guide me to make it move when scroll on handset like on desktop.

I have followed, the popup scroll worked on desktop but on mobile still fixed.
