I finally get it to work!
I went to Autoptimize Plugin settings–> Java Script Options–> Exclude Scripts From Autoptimize
And Placed this : foogallery.min.js
That fixed the Issue
I hope this helps to others experiencing same problem because it´s sometimes how we set our settings with Autoptimize, Cache or other Optimization Plugins that may cause issues
No blame for FOO Gallery!

Foogallery Plugin version 1.4.7 works for my site only if I disable Autoptimize Plugin
Perhaps @optimizingmatters from Autoptimize can help with his input
Ive tried to exlude foogallery script at AO with this:
foogallery/js/
and also tried with foogallery/css/style.css
Also tried with both But neither will work
But I am not sure is the correct path

I am currently using 1.3.8 Version
I downloaded 1.4.7 version to my computer
What´s the procedure to upload the 1.4.7 version?
Because when I uploaded it via WP admin it gives me an error…
Do I need to rename 1.3.8 via FTP and Upload the 1.4.7 version?
See, I don´t want to lose my galleries

I´ve found that @susantrevellick had reported also the same issue under this thread:

The issue might no be releated to cache.
Plase look a little deeper into this issueI am not sure why it doesn´t do this kind of behavioir with 1.3.8 Version
It only does it on versions after 1.3.8
Like I said I deactivated all plugins and cdn as well
very strange

I´ve been reporting issues since Foogallery had been releasing buggy-updates, everything after version 1.3.8 is messed up
I had to roll-back to version 1.3.8 in order to keep my galleries Live.
