we tried to rollback to version 1.13.5 with plugin WP Rollback and it works. But we want to have an actual version of Form Maker.

– we tried to create new form,
– new test page https://businessmicrocredit.ro/test-page,
– tried to change email adress in “Email Options”.
But no submissions is added to the submission section:
