I think it not depends on the theme, here. I use Gutenberg.

As you may know, on a page in the back office, you can move plugin’s settings blocks : they can take place at the bottom of the page or on the side bar.

It is in the back office, on pages or articles that you create or update, using Gutenberg.
It’s a shame that you have to use CSS to display it properly. Not everyone knows how to do that 🙂
