I have submitted using the general contact form.
It has been more than two weeks since I obtained the add-on site. I will look forward to resolving this issue so that I can get a newsletter subscription signup form working on the site as soon as possible.
When I go to https://app.optinmonster.com/account/support/ (as suggested in the video), it redirects me to: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/optinmonster/
Here the only option I have is to “Create a New Topic” as I had done in Image 1 in the link that I had shared yesterday (https://valuechord.com/2025/07/08/optinmonster-error/)
Hence, I am unable to submit a support ticket through the OptinMonster website. What do I need to do to address this situation?

Let me know how I can get this issue addressed so that I can start using the email collection tool on my Typepad website.
