I’ll post the issue on that plugin’s support since it did fix the issue by deactivating the plugin. I added a different plugin that works the same.
I don’t think this has anything to do with your theme but rather this latest version of WP. I’m going to change to a different plugin that will do the same.

Thanks for getting back so quickly. So I did some further troubleshooting by de-activating plugins and it looks like the new theme update conflicts with an existing plugin that I am using called Remove Widget Titles By Stephen Cronin v.1.0. Plugin worked fine with previous versions of theme.
Sorry, wrong theme. It is multi-color theme, not decode.
