I have the exact same problem:
“Fatal error: Cannot use object of type stdClass as array in /home/…../public_html/wp-content/plugins/pp-tweaks/dependencies/PpPluginUpgrader.php on line 49”
Same problem: trying to upgrade to 4.1 and using Prophoto. Can’t upgrade any plugins either.
