Ok they did reach out, took a look at the issue and it was due to a plug in conflict with HTML5 Audio Player Pro plugin. So if you happen to have something like that, try to see if that will fix it. Good luck and again I appreciate the support and help.

Morning. It was not working with the theme I was using so I installed a new theme and that fixed the issue. I appreciate the follow up.
