We tried replicating this, but even with the warnings on our end the builder is loading, although the CookieAdmin JS should not load on a editor page, so we will be preventing the load of the Consent scripts, which should fix the issue you are facing.
The warning you are getting related to scan.php should only happen when scan is running. The other warning which is happening in the enduser.php could be the likely issue. And as enduser.php is a part of the Pro plugin, would you please reach out to us at [email protected] so we could help you better.Regards,

We tried it on our end, but we did not face this issue, it could be a specific configuration which could be causing this, would you please check if you see any error log in the browser. Or any PHP error.

Thank you for sharing the URL, we tried it, the consent box work as expected, after accepting or rejecting, the page reloads and then consent box does not appears after that. Would you please tell after you do it does the page reloads on its own?

We have a fix for the issue of Email reaching before 2FA verification which should fix the double email issue as well.
As earlier, the Really Simple Security 2FA handling was getting triggered after our handling of Email notification, so we have made changes to the priority of email notification hook.
And have hooked into the Really Simple Security’s 2FA process. We are expecting to release a version by end of this week.Regards,

This is not a known issue, would you please tell us if you are using any SMTP plugin, as unless something is triggering login hook twice, it should not send email twice, because it attempts to send email only once.Regards,
