Steps to reproduce
1.- Create a post.
2.- Trying to use shortcode [toc] using Elementor PRO builder.
3.- Doesn’t work at all

I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.

195.22.124.0 – 195.22.127.255

After add this network to blacklist, i’m not able to delete it. ~~That network is just an example, i can’t delete any type of IP.~~

EDIT: Ok, i can delete single IP but i’m not able to delete networks.

In Network tab i get 200, but it doesn’t delete any blacklisted IP.

I’m able to delete whitelist IP but not to delete blacklist. When i try it just stay the same..

If i’m not wrong Jetpack needs XML-RPC, without it most of the features simply stop working.
