This is NOT resolved. Many people are having this issue. You have failed to even reply. Why can’t Paypal communicate? Even when it does show the popup to click continue to pay, when it gets to PayPal, it says that it couldn’t complete. You all need to work hard to figure this out instead of letting it go after having charged people.
