Im not using a pro version. I installed this exact plugin and the folder appeared. If this is for a pro feature that I cannot use because I am using the free version, can I just delete this folder?
I’m sure you’ve already figured this out, but 1and1 does not allow 3rd party SSL certs on their shared hosting packages. There is no way for you to be able to install it, and they will not do it for you. You can only buy one from them.
