I know how to create a menu. My problem is that my already created menus are grey (inactive) in the editor and if I create a new menu, they all simply disappear.

Thanks for your respond. When I disable the plugins HealthCheck doesn’t find any critical issues any more, but the main problem isn’t solved. I’ve sent a message to my provider and waiting for reply.
