I followed the steps you suggested and my conclusion is that there’s a conflict with the theme ‘Cabin’ Im using.
https://themeforest.net/item/cabin-a-beautiful-vintageinspired-theme/10721312I managed to fix the error with the column inconsistency which Im guessing had something to do with the width of the page (Im also using Visual Composer to design my pages). After recreating the thumbnails the error no longer occurs.
Any suggestions on how to proceed?
