In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Failed Orders Redirecting to Success PageHi Support Team,
Unfortunately, the new Failed Order is still tracked as conversion in Google Ads. From the FunnelKit log, I see that the failed order still redirect to the Thank-You page. The hook filter solution you provided did not work as expected.
I want to stress that this “false success” redirect was never an issue until my recent plugin updates. Everything was working perfectly until I updated to WooCommerce PayPal Payments v3.4.0
Since the update, failed orders are triggering an instantaneous redirect to the Thank You page before the order status is finalized in the database. This suggests that the latest version of the PayPal plugin may have changed how it communicates “Success” signals to funnel builders like FunnelKit, or the execution order of the redirect hooks has shifted.
Could you please check with your technical team to see what was changed in v3.4.0 regarding the payment process flow?
Best regards,

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Failed Orders Redirecting to Success PageHi Jamie, thank you for your quick response.
I have added the codes to the theme’s functions.php
At this point, I will keep the ticket open and observe the site’s behavior until the next failed order appears.
I will update you with the results as soon as I have a fresh example to review.
Best regards,
HJHello, my store traffics came from different platform, such as: Google Ads, Bing Ads, FB Ads, and so on.
Can you show me some examples of the UTM parameters to fit my requirements?
So that I can have a better idea to find out how to implement this.
Thank you.
Yes it works now after updated the plugin to the latest version. Thank you.
Thank you for your speedy response.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] INSTRUMENT_DECLINED Error MessageHi Krystian, I did contacted PayPal Merchant Support.
But they couldn’t really solve the problem, they said the “INSTRUMENT_DECLINED” issue was the problem of buyer’s side (or bank/card issuer).
However, after I did a deep clear cache on both SiteGround Admin and WordPress Admin (FlyingPress plugin & SiteGround Optimizer), I found that the issue “INSTRUMENT_DECLINED” has decreased significantly!
same issue, waiting for the fix
