Are you using Classic editor or Disable Gutenberg plugin? PopupBuilder 3.84 does not like them.

I sent you email just.
As to the issue: there are no specific steps to take. Just log in as an editor and try to click “save draft” of any post. Does not work. There are also issues with previewing posts.
You have to log in as an editor, the issue is there only for that role. To administrators there are no problems.
The issue goes away if you deactivate popup builder or downgrade to previous version.
