Can anyone tell me how to add h1 tags to my page title and post page post title?

The front page has not h1 tags
the post page has not h1 tags
the side bar has all h2 tags
the blogroll (links) title is not links to the settings
the categories have h2 tags.
With all of this malformed like this you can post for days and google will only rank you to the refering h1 (and theirs non ) and h2 tags which will be the same all the time
You will not have any in body (in post) help for SEO
it looks really nice and I would use it on all my blogs but I can not make any changes and this will kill my SEO
I sure wish I could change this template so I could use it…
