This negative comment is not my experience. Easy install, very good support. After one update there was a small bug, I posted this on this forum and within less than twelve hours there was a new update that resolved the matter. So do not post negative comments that are not true, people put hard work in plugins that we can use for free (!). Be reasonable in your demands.
