Sorry for the late answer !
So I made some change on the configuration to get that error away from the log, it was my fault.
I added the missing ‘/’ in the tarteaucitron script.

@dizzyatinnocraft I installed Matomo via the WordPress plugin. I didn’t setup any Matomo Cloud for this website. On the other hand, I use the library TarteAuCitron to manage cookie consent, maybe the second instance come from there.
Now it looks everything is fine. I’m waiting for OVH support answer.

I think this ban message is from OVH error control just displaying it. I can’t access either front and back of my website.
I also have a ticket with OVH but I just wanted to double check with you because it appeared after the plugin update.
I saw a topic with almost the same error here : https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/ah01630-client-denied-by-server-configuration-while-accessing-backend/ .
But I don’t want to copy an « old » htaccess and the topic has been closed with no real solution.
I am sending to you the website by email, but it looks like not all my users have this issue.

I didn’t know this option of the plugin. Honnestly, I didn’t create this project and I’m discoverying Ubermenu and ShiftNav.
These are awesome plugins.But this, didn’t fix my issue.
Is it because I have some tabs elements in my UberMenu ?I checked all the UberMenu responsive options and none is checked.
Did I miss something ?
