Thank you so much for your help. I managed to find the plugin that created the conflict. The plugin was “Shoplentor” is it a plugin correlated to Woocomerce? Can I leave it deactivated?

I can see 9 products but they should be 14. It looks like it finished the row and after that it didn’t add a new one.

Regarding the payment problem, I checked on the link you attached but it is under “day”, so I don’t know what is the problem. I also checked and it should be three days because I am based in the UK.
Regarding the email, the settings are all fine. I will check with Woocommerce then.

Regarding the payment the the option to only authorize charges and capture later was unchecked, so I don’t know what is the problem 🙁Regarding the email, I checked and it is correct the recipient email is in the “New Order” section. I will try to install the plugin you suggested to me.

I checked with Stripe and they told me that my payment plan is set weekly, so I actually received the payment after one week from the order.
I would like to change my plan from weekly to daily, can you help me with that?
Moreover, I did not receive an email when the order has been placed and I realised I had an order just because I was modifying some stuff on my website design.
I checked on my Woocommerce settings and the email is enabled so I don’t know which one could be the problem ( ps. the customer receives the email after the order, the problem is just from my side).
