Hey @waseemsannib ,
WP Fusion syncs your WordPress users with your email marketing list…. but we don’t have any control over which fonts are available in your email templates. Those are set by whichever service you are using to create the marketing emails.
Best
JackAh, ok, no we don’t support this plugin. To be honest I’d never heard of it. It would have to be one of the event booking plugins listed here: https://wpfusion.com/documentation/#events
What you could try is enabling HubSpot site tracking: https://wpfusion.com/documentation/tutorials/site-tracking-scripts/#hubspot
And then turn on Support for Non-HubSpot Forms in your HubSpot tracking settings: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/use-non-hubspot-forms
This will let HubSpot automatically try to detect form submissions and collect the field values. This *sometimes* causes problems as HubSpot doesn’t automatically collect the fields into the right places, but it’s worth a try π
Ah, I see. We integrate with booking *plugins* but we don’t typically do integrations with specific themes (as there are so many of them, and each have a different approach).
Are you able to use a booking plugin with the Bellevue Theme? You can see our recent review and top picks at https://wpfusion.com/tutorials/best-wordpress-booking-plugins/
This may give you more flexibility and reliability in the long run anyway, since themes tend not to get updated as frequently as established plugins.
If you’re looking for custom development, we also have a certified “experts” program at http://wpfusion.com/experts/ , you could try contacting some of the people there to see if they have the capacity for a project like this.
Hey @rdolishny , thanks for the kind words!
Which plugin are you using for bookings? We support quite a few of them, you can see a list here: https://wpfusion.com/documentation/#events
With most of them we support syncing the booking/event start and end date. But if you let me know which plugin you’re using (or which ones you’re considering) I’d be happy to provide more details π

If you’re using a third-party SMTP service, it’s possible it hasn’t fully loaded or initialized by the time the error is triggered. Our next update will fall back to the server’s
mail()function in cases where a plugin (like FluentSMTP) isn’t available. If you are using a service like that you could check the logs to see if it *tried* to send. WP Mail Logging is also helpful with this: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-mail-logging/
Finally, because the notification emails contain debugging code, they often go to spam, so make sure you check there π

In reply to: [Fatal Error Notify] Plugin doesn’t work, throws errorHey @jogurtt ,
That error will happen when you click the Send Test button from the settings page. It intentionally triggers a fatal error so that you can make sure the email notifications are working.
If the error happens when you activate the plugin, it could be something at your host preemptively checking to see if the plugin *could* cause an error. Since the test is designed to trigger an error, I’m not sure how we can get around that, but maybe we can come up with something. Who are you using for web hosting?
Thanks
JackThanks @markcoss ππ§‘
The synchronization is automatic when a user registers a WordPress account.
The synchronization is instantβ so as soon as the user account is registered, the language code will be sent to Brevo with the new subscriber record.
Hey @consolacionegea ,
This *might* be possible with WP Fusion Lite, but I’m not 100% sure.
TranslatePress uses a cookie to track a visitor’s language preferences. The full version of WP Fusion has a dedicated TranslatePress integration (https://wpfusion.com/documentation/multilingual/translatepress/) which monitors the contents of this cookie and will sync the user’s language preference to Brevo any time it’s updated.
WP Fusion Lite doesn’t have a dedicated TranslatePress integration, so that isn’t possible. *However*, for registered users, TranslatePress also stores the user’s language preference in the database in the “locale” field. WP Fusion Lite can sync any fields from the database with Brevo, and so it may still be possible to sync this.
To try it, first set a language preference for your own admin user using TranslatePress, and then go to Settings Β» WP Fusion Β» Contact Fields. In the “additional fields” section you should see a field for “locale”. Enable this for sync by mapping it with a field in Brevo.
Then go to Settings Β» WP Fusion Β» Advanced and enable Push All. This will tell WP Fusion to watch the database and sync the field any time it’s updated.
I believe once you do this, the language preference for WooCommerce customers will be synced at checkout, as well as when they update their user profile or account settings.
Note that this will only work for registered users, it won’t work for guest checkouts, since guest checkouts don’t create a user account and the language preference is only stored in the cookie, not the database.
Give that a try and let us know if it works for you π

Hey @wim3025 , thank you so much for the kind review! π€©
If you have a moment, would you mind leaving us a review on the HubSpot marketplace as well? https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/wpfusion
Someone left a one-star review a couple of months ago, and we’ve been unable to contact them to find out what went wrong π’. It would be a big help if we could boost our average rating a bit π
Thanks again and I’m so happy to hear you’re getting value out of WP Fusion! π§‘. If you ever need any assistance or would like to see a new feature, drop a line to our technical support via our website and we will get back to you the same day π

In reply to: [Fatal Error Notify] helpHey @snowdragon97 ,
Are you using a third-party email sending service, like via an SMTP plugin? Are you able to check the logs in that plugin to see if the email is trying to send?
This plugin is also a good way of troubleshooting email issues: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-mail-logging/
Does the site have any issues sending normal emails, like when a new user registers?
Unfortunately we’re not allowed to provide on-site support via the ww.wp.xz.cn forums but we will try and help as best we can π
